On August 2nd, Aurelia and I were headed to King Sooper to pick up a few items we needed at the house. I get out of the car and this beautiful firebird was sitting in the parking spot next to us. I think she was more excited than I was. She took to it naturally and immediately wanted to take pictures with it.
While we were taking pictures, the owner walks up and says, "How about I get one with both of you!"
I was surprised and excited. Now I get to meet the owner and talk about his car. Which is exactly what happened. Not only did we talk for a while, he eventually let me sit inside of the car as he took a photo!
Such a great Father/Daughter day!
